Critical Illness Insurance Policies & Benefits

Benefits may be used for expenses including treatments not covered by your health plan, deductibles, mortgage payments, household bills, and other costs. You have the flexibility to use your benefit where it is needed most.

May have $10,000, but must be included on a policy with an adult
Critical Illness Benefits Are Paid in Two Categories
Pays 100% of Policy Value:
Cancer (Internal Cancer) Stage 3 or Higher
Excludes pre-malignant conditions or conditions with malignant potential; CIN stage I and II, carcinoma in-situ, and skin cancer.
Pays 25% of Policy Value:
Non-Invasive Carcinoma In Situ (Stage 0-2)
Policy does not provide benefits for skin cancer.
Category Two Critical Illness Benefits
100%: Heart Attack, Stroke, End-Stage Renal Failure, Organ Transplant (Heart, lung, liver, and pancreas)
50%: Organ Transplant (Kidney)
40%: Pacemaker Implant - Double Chamber
30%: Pacemaker Implant - Single Chamber
25%: Coronary Artery Bypass (Only once in a lifetime)
10%: Angioplasty
Once a covered illness is diagnosed, eligible benefits may be used at your discretion. You may use funds for deductibles, household expenses, treatments not covered by your health insurance, and other financial needs. The benefit is yours to use as needed!
